John Lloyd is Managing Director and co-founder of TransDM Pty Ltd. From 2003-2005, as part of his repatriation from America to Australia, John led Abacus’ effort throughout the Asia-Pacific region. As the regional Managing Director, he was responsible for all Abacus investments throughout the region. From 1999 to 2003, John was based in Colorado and held the role of Senior Vice President for Abacus/DoubleClick. Abacus is the world’s largest propriety database of consumer, retail, business-to-business, publishing and online transactions used for target marketing purposes. Abacus combines the power of this shared data of 4 billion consumer purchase transactions with their propriety modeling techniques to help data owners improve profitability and data users increase market-share from customer and prospect databases. Prior to Abacus/DoubleClick, John held senior roles with Dun & Bradstreet for nearly a decade. Initially, John was based in Melbourne Australia before relocating in 1998 to D&B’s global headquarters in New Jersey. John held regional and global responsibilities related to designing and introducing new and enhanced products leveraging D&B’s database of more than 115 million business records. John is uniquely experienced in data analytics given his leadership roles across marketing, technology and privacy disciplines for large scale consumer and business databases in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. John completed his Bachelor of Science (Computer Science), University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in 1986.

Eric W. Spivey is co-founder and chairman of TransDM Pty Ltd. Mr. Spivey has extensive experience in building strong and successful global enterprises. He is also chairman of The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts. From 2005-2010, Mr. Spivey served as chairman of the board of Webroot Software, Inc, a leading provider of Internet security for consumers and businesses worldwide. Prior to Webroot Software, Inc., Mr. Spivey served as chairman of the board of Brightmail, Inc., the world’s largest provider of anti-spam technology. Prior to Brightmail, Mr. Spivey served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of NetGravity, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical online advertising and direct marketing solutions. Prior to NetGravity, Mr. Spivey was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Netcom On-Line Communications Services, Inc., a global Internet company. Mr. Spivey joined Netcom as president of Netcom International. Prior to joining Netcom, Mr. Spivey held various senior executive positions with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, a provider of global business and marketing information. Eric earned a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dennis Watts is the Financial Controller of TransDM Pty Ltd. Dennis was previously CFO of Dun & Bradstreet for Australia and New Zealand, a position he held for over 15 years where he was responsible for planning, leading and controlling the corporate, financial, accounting, secretarial and legal functions for the Australian and New Zealand operations. Dennis played a leading role in the MBO of the D&B Australian and New Zealand operations from the US parent in 2001. Before D&B, Dennis held senior finance roles with Moore Data Management, College Mercantile Pty Ltd and Boral Limited. Dennis has a Degree in Business Studies, Majoring in Accounting, from Monash University and is a member of Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
